Richard Easley will provide his retirement ‘Swan Song’ presentation that includes personal perspectives on organizational DEI navigation from a black man’s perspective followed by key lessons to consider as one approaches retirement. This personal retirement discussion will include key life directions that are suddenly invalid and understanding that there are life changing questions that most people haven’t asked because they don’t yet know those questions exist. This will be a presentation you won’t soon forget
