ITSMD Annual Meeting

Registration is now open for the 2024 ITS Maryland Annual Meeting, to be held on Friday, November 22, 2024! Keynote speakers will include:

• Danielle Deverell, on assignment for the Total Traffic and Weather Network at WJLA-TV in Washington DC
• Bruce Gartner, Executive Director, Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA)

Sessions will include:

• Incident Management through ITS, AI, and predictive modeling
• Connected and Autonomous Vehicle (CAV) technologies and MUTCD considerations
• Digital Infrastructure and Cybersecurity
• ITS and the Key Bridge
• Traffic signal control and operations

Over the course of the day, Annual Meeting attendees will have the opportunity to network and attend technical sessions. Exhibitors will present the latest in ITS technology during an exhibitor lightning round and will be available for additional information and discussion at their booths throughout the day. PDHs for the sessions will be available.

The last day to register will be November 15th and the last day for Early Bird Registration will be October 25th.

The ITS field includes a wide variety of professionals including web developers, information processing, vehicle manufacturers, trucking and delivery companies, transportation planners, researchers, engineers, and communications, control, and electronics professionals.

The 2024 ITS Maryland Annual Meeting is a venue for professionals involved in planning, design, research, and implementation of Traffic Signals and Intelligent Transportation Systems to gather for training, discussion, and networking.
